Returns

In case of defective products, contact us and we will issue RMA number. You may choose to have either a full refund or a replacement. Replacement is based on the availability of the product you choose.
Non-defective products, when opened, may be returned if they are in re-sellable condition, still complete with tags/original packaging and might be subject to 10% restocking fee.
Clothing products can only be returned if they are still in brand new condition. Due to sanitary and hygiene reason, we are unable to accept return or exchange if they are worn, washed or missing original tags.
Non-defective products that qualify for free shipping that are being returned/exchanged might have our standard shipping charges deducted from refund or credit. The return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to us) is not refundable.
