For shipments to California addresses, we are required to collect CA sales  tax.
Local pickups are not available at the moment.

This item carries a 3 months limited warranty. After the first 60 days, we will only be able to offer a pro-rated refund or replacement for defective items. (this does not cover user’s negligent use or damage caused by user)
We do not offer RMA services to International Customers (no returns accepted for buyers outside the United States)
Customer will be responsible for the return, shipping and  handling fees are non-refundable. All return products (Replace or Refund) have  to obtain an RMA number before it is being shipped back.
